Attorney Jennifer L. Routte
Jen grew-up in Gahanna in a family of small business owners. She grew up working in the small businesses owned by her family. Before going to law school, Jen worked as a project coordinator for her father’s commercial general contractor company for eight years. There she learned about construction methods, how to read drawings, learned about construction safety and every other aspect of general construction. These experiences give her a unique understanding of the struggles of small business owners and construction law.
Attorney C. Christopher Alley
Chris is a graduate of Ohio University and The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law and a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association and National Sheriff’s Association.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Chris explored several careers. A former member of the United States Army, Chris went on to become a law enforcement officer and member of the Forsyth County Sheriff Office Special Response Team. During his time with the sheriff’s office he received several awards including an honor for saving someone’s life.

Briana Hart
Briana is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Florida Coastal School of Law, and a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association. Her prior legal background is in consumer litigation and construction law. At our office, she supports clients through whatever transitional phase they may be going through in life: birth, marriage, divorce, death, and everything in between. Her passion and primary areas of practice are Estate Planning and Probate.
Briana is a proud Buckeye, having been born and raised in Columbus! Outside of the office, she can be found watching her favorite sport (gymnastics, which she practiced for almost 25 years), spending time with her husband, chasing after her daughters, and cheering on her favorite collegiate team (do we even need to say who it is?).
